The staff at the Fairfield Inn were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We were also impressed with the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfortable accommodations.

Comfortable bed, we slept like babies.

planned to see laredo major attractions and it was brilliant place for visiting all of them. we had a king room and it included a heating system, pay television and a coffee maker.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being right next to the Mall del Norte. It made it so convenient for mall shopping and dining at the nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with hand sanitizers placed everywhere. The rooms were spacious and equipped with a microwave and fridge. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, especially the breakfast lady who was efficient in her service.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Maybe the breakfast, there are only 2 wafles machines, and the hotel were too crowded.

In the front desk didn't found our reservation. The solution was a new sale. Then in the morning we had two charges. We almost lost one hour to fix the problem.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, great customer service, good internet, soft pillows, complimentary drinks on Weds-Thursday, great hot breakfast, convenient location.

Nothing at all.

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are worth much more than what you pay. The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and inviting rooms to the friendly and accommodating staff. The location is also a major plus, with the hotel being right across the street from Mall del Norte, a huge shopping center. Additionally, the breakfast served with the room is a welcome bonus and helps make the stay even more enjoyable.

Good Hotel for a short stay.

No breakfast after 10 o'clock.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and happy hour. The hotel is conveniently located close to several shopping areas and restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking and comfortable beds.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and slow, and the walls were thin, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from neighboring rooms.

It would've been even better if they offered queen-sized beds instead of just double beds.
